I got a solid 95% of them from just playing through most of the content in the game. I was only missing the really obscure ones in areas you don't visit (arasaka waterfront, edge of badlands, stuff like that)

Sun Wukong from Black Myth is not equivalent to the Monkey King from Journey To The West. Wu Kong from Black Myth is very overrated. There is a battle, a big battle, but Kratos wins here, despite it being with high difficulty.
