This was in December 2023. Most Christmas Markets are open during 25 and 26 but you can check online if you want to now the opening hours of a specific one:)

I don‘t think it‘s fair to generalize about all the people in a particular place. Like any city or country, Vienna has both positive & negative aspects. Everyone‘s experience can vary, and what doesn‘t work for some might be just right for others!
