Wish has already disrupted global trade with a combination of illegal, dangerous and counterfeit products. Wish is today the epitome of disloyal business conduct around the world with the intent to rip off less educated people. Wish products already posed a specific, immediate threat to the safety and health of consumers. No country should allow such behavior. This woman is destroying the small businesses. Google: man bought from wish now he is in jail ! It's totally out of control. It's not just unreasonable it's foolish!

His point about not worrying about sales lead when the business is starting up is a point that a lot of failed business neglected. If you are not focused on satisfying existing customers and retaining them, and the new leads do not convent to long term customers, then you would lose on both ends. Not firing employee due to performance issue is a very good point. For employees that HAVE integrated in the company, it would be assume that they have passed the vigorous testing (interview, training, probation). So, if you fired someone that you have thought to be a good member of your team, that's on you. Firing them wastes a lot money spent on developing them, and makes other employees less loyal. That's why managers needs to help the employee get better. The employee will appreciate it, and become more loyal to a supportive work environment. The employee will work harder for the company as a result, and recommend the company to people they know.
