Should we consider a niche in creating contents and focus on that niche while getting started, because, the Industry that I want to start my business is Image Consulting. Although the Industry is a total niche, there is lots of competition across the world. So I’m confused on this. Please let me know

This is a really useful list. My consulting business focuses on AI for other small businesses, and I would add a couple of points: 1. Be conscious of where your data is going. Not all AI tools are created equally in terms of their commitments to protect your data or not use it for model training. Particularly if you are using client data or proprietary content, ensure you know how your data may be used and check it’s in compliance with your contractual obligations. 2. If you do have a team, be aware of the potential for Shadow AI where they independently use tools that haven’t been sanctioned for your organization. If you’re expecting your team to write client proposals themselves but they use AI and inadvertently integrate its errors, this could cause embarrassment. 3. Most businesses will either be using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 as a starting point, consider trying out the AI options associated with those ecosystems as it will give you an easy way to plug in to all your existing data. Keep up the great work! Thank you.

Super mate! Outreach, follow up and iterating on the content. Content is still the king in its own, perhaps even deeper way than we may have thought of.

for someone with ZERO experience in consulting(junior in college) im better off just working as a consultant in my desired field? if so, how many years?
@ConsultingSuccessTV2 ай бұрын
Dashon spend as much time as you need to gain experience and expertise. You should be confident you can deliver a great result and outcome for any clients you work with. Once you have that, start consulting.

Ive danced with ICP for a long time and I've found that profiling the problem surprisingly customized the message automatically to my service. It even gave Me(with no physical product) a wide opening to incorporate products into a nice solution. Demand is my issue because my service is intangible, for now. A word to everyone is that Self Awareness is Key, whether you like it or not.

Thanks for the comment. It can feel hard initially, but when you have a system and guidance through building your consulting business your confidence will increase faster and results often follow.

I'm a Music Business Consultant in Puerto Rico. I'm trying to focus on artists and music producers (I'm a producer myself) but I'm not seeing results. I believe it's due to it being a very saturated market. What do you recommend I should do?

Hi there! The three books are: Built to Sell and The Art of Selling Your Business by John Warrillow, Walk Away Wealthy by Mark Tepper, and Sell Your Business for An Outrageous Price by Kevin Short.

By charging based on deliverables rather than hours, you’re incentivizing yourself to save time. And you don’t have to disclose to clients how much time you spend on them 😆 Makes perfect sense.
