Well I love studying for a whole weekend and weekdays after school or basketball antrenmans. I always study but I need the true, fast, useful and more like this kinda techniques. My parents think that I am having a lot of time for studying while having a lot of mental breakdowns too. I need to have time for myself too but I feel like I’m not enough. Can you please help me about these??? I really need a good advice:<

I don't usually study much, when I hard 2 hours a day I was in shock, excluding eating I probably only have 4 hours of free time a day, and at least 1 hour of that is spent on working out and 45 minutes on daily tasks. and I'm trying to aim to go to bed earlier so ideally only 3 hours, which if I don't change the rest of my schedule, 2 hours would be impossible.
