Great video. Thanks for sharing. Just one query: is the reference for the pedicle width to go as narrow as 2cm given in the link you've provided. My understanding is that 8cm is the minimum pedicle width. Thanks.

Hello!. The standard pedicle width is 6-8cm.. the thickness of the pedicle can go as thin as 2cm.

What she is referring to in a video is 2 cm pedicle thickness you should elevate. Not the pedicle width

Pivot point ? I presume this is a point , two ‘r’ in the direction of maximum laxity..to allow rotational movement of both flaps into the defect. The drawings can be confusing. On cadaver demonstration , you could explain the pivot point is not just 2 x ‘r’ . Also , the apex of the second flap should be orientated in a way that respects the cosmetic units/ natural depressions/ contours.
