Hey babes you are able to pay it and if accepted by Nsfas you will get a refund on your registration fee this usually takes quite some time though so just keep that in mind. It wont affect your Nsfas outcomes but id suggest looking for other funding while you can Nsfas is veryyy unpredictable. You can apply for fin aid as well🩷
