This past week I increased my weights and ended up hurting my right upper area involved in reaching for things in an upper cabinet or steering the car. I never want to injure myself like that again. If I am going to increase weight, I will only do it for one round of the exercise and then go down weights for the second and third round. I didn’t feel the injury until I woke up the next morning. Live and learn!

Excellent explanation. I wrote in another post that getting the right amount of protein in my diet has been so helpful for me. I no longer have food cravings like I used to have.
