Found out it seems this is built on a node line (at least I think... I don't have a lot of technical knowledge). Coming from east, the house if present full collision. From the west it is a ghost house, no collision until you're halfway through and the node line. Another person has now built a house near this one, same thing. Don't go into either when approaching from west or you'll find yourself locked in. GM will tell you to suicide priest (my experience at the time of this video anyway).
