I have a Bad Sensor somewhere on my Q5. Is the Only way to find out which is bad is to use the VAG COM? Or is there another way to figure out which ones bad.

The quote from the mechanic included a lot of work for the total of $11k. While I agree that's astronomical, they are quoting book hours and OEM parts. I am able to save a whole bunch with aftermarket/used parts in this case and no labor costs. Thank you for watching!

614 for all 4 front and rear brakes and rotors?

$614 was what the mechanic had quoted for just the front brake pads and rotors. The rear were quoted $469. I saved a bunch of money by doing it myself! I paid $281 total for all parts (pads/rotors - front/rear) and did the labor myself.

so if a sensor is bad , that also stops the camera from working ?

That is correct. The backup camera hasn't worked since I had the rear bumper repainted. The sensor itself was broken so I replaced it with a used one the same color from ebay and now the reverse camera is working again!
