I just bought mine. Aiwjt want £35.99 subscription although seller told me there was none to pay. Without paying, how can I see video? Also, mine came with no ding dong wireless chime, all out of stock on ebay, so I got one which looks like yours from amazon, they won't pair. Can I fix this please? Would it work with a different FREE cloud app. After paying cor the bell, then an extra £20 for batteries and £8.99 for a chime that does not work, I feel like I have been tricked. Thanks, Neil.

its 180 days but the more motion around the camera the battery dies faster ...so when u check setting turn off MOTION AND OACKAGE AND HUMAN detection this way only goes off when someone rings the bell

on the box it say 180 days witch is 6 month but I charge mine every 40 to 50 days because I have all detections on

Re check your wifi pass word , when installing my camera it said PLS CHECK YOUR CONNECTION six times but then I discovered I’d put one wrong letter when putting my wifi password in when signing in , I changed it and it connected instantly.

hi you can share the camera once set up I believe . please check the settings on the app and look for SHARE . this way you can share with a mobile or email I think ...

the first time you scan the code on the camera ( on the side ) and than aks for WiFi and password and than once done you can see a QR code on the phone screen and you hold it against the camera to scam it .hope this helped

It only works for me when i have the app open. Soon as my locks it stops recording. Also how do i put the light on. I clicked infrared i clicked smart i clicked colour and none of them made it come on

what are you trying to do ? it only records when the app is open and you push record . BUT if put memory card inside that will record it for you .
