The DS/3DS/Wii U are the best systems for a FNAF console port. The whole gimmick for all of them were 2 screens, and, touchscreen. Cameras or whatever extra shit happened in Fnaf 2-afterwards idk I only played FNAF 1 once in like 2016 or smthg. The Psvita could probably do it well just not good

Nintendo prioritizes our experience when it comes to new content. They fail to realize how worth it and truly beloved their older content is; there is no true love towards the fans which is generally why PlayStation gets more praise than Nintendo, you pay for ONE subscription and get a limited but vast amount of older content like God of War's original trilogy and various other classic titles Of course you can't get lesser known but loved titles like The SpongeBob movie game or Ed, Edd n' Eddy Mis Ed-ventures. Nintendo's subscriptions are IMO pretty much a waste of money. Not only do I have to buy Nintendo online, I have to buy an expansion pack to play the downloadable content of older games like Majora's Mask and SM64. Then they make amazing titles like Mario 3D Allstars limited not realizing how valuable a concept like that is to a company who's consumers WANT that older content. Sega made origins and knocked it out of the park by keeping it around on stores and not making it limited. Nintendo likely knows how much we want it and realize we're willing to pay these absurd subscriptions for such big rewards.

From a software perspective, FNAF is a glorified video player/visual novel with a few real-time elements. If there's a homebrew video player for a system, I'd almost garuntee a fnaf port is possible.
