Hey there. My great grandmother was from Ballinaboy, she is supposedly buried there at a graveyard in Fintown, she was Eunice Moye born 1834, died 1873. She married a guy named Michael Dougherty my great grandfather. He came to America with their 6 kids after his wife died. Was nice to find your video. Cannot find her grave on the grave registry. Ah well. At least my family wrote some history for us to know where we are from.

Wow, Joe. This brought me back. As a superfan (and a then sixteen year old that snuck in and was there that night), I know how precious this footage is. Among other things, it's a rare glimpse of an incredibly relaxed Debbie surrounded by friends and fans in a familiar, intimate setting. Thank you for keeping this footage alive and sharing.
@ryanphotos3 жыл бұрын
I thought for years the footage was erased, but thankfully was able to recover it this weekend using a different 8mm camera. Really took me back seeing it again. So great you snuck in, what an experience. 😁 thanks so much!! Appreciated reading your comment.

This was GENOCIDE . Black Jack Adair's descendants must endure the shame of his actions for eternity. History must not be forgotten. The Sheriff's painful duty must be done; He begs for quiet-and the work's begun. The strong stand ready; now appear the rest, Girl, matron, grandsire, baby on the breast, And Rosy's thin face on a pallet borne; A motley concourse, feeble and forlorn. One old man, tears upon his wrinkled cheek, Stands trembling on a threshold, tries to speak, But, in defect of any word for this, Mutely upon the doorpost prints a kiss, Then passes out for ever. Through the crowd The children run bewilder'd, wailing loud; Where needed most, the men combine their aid; And, last of all, is Oona forth convey'd, Reclined in her accustom'd strawen chair, Her aged eyelids closed, her thick white hair Escaping from her cap; she feels the chill, Looks round and murmurs, then again is still. Now bring the remnants of each household fire; On the wet ground the hissing coals expire; And Paudeen Dhu, with meekly dismal face, Receives the full possession of the place. William Allingham

Probably the best Blondie show I been to. And actually I believe there were 5 encores. "Fade Away & Radiate" and "Pet Sematary" were the last 2. I wish I had more video, I could watch the entire show now;)

That gave me chills even the house that the baby was born in was destroyed it still lives next to it that's why I rather not find out. That thing is like 9' tall like to men and I rather not find out that the could be out there people's it's fake or real I think it's real because I never want to go into that forest but maybe some day.

a demonic manifestation will not kill a human as it feeds on fear of its prey and thats the fear it portrays when it shows itself too the human eye. that and its been around for longer than any living biological creature, Demons can manifest if enough negative energy is fed into a legend of them existing in our realm of existance ,the barrier between the 2 planes of existance the wall between our world and theirs is a barrier that can only be broken by negative energy and the centries of negative encounters which is how a demonic manifestation ,invests such a large area and that is the pine Barrens ,over the years it has grown stronger and is now able too cross over when it pleases or when its hungry or just curious of how well its legacy and the strength its gained in power feeding from those unfortunate too see it ,but always lived too tell the tale of the Jersey Devil strengthening its existence between our world and its demonic realm in which it can now travel between freely too haunt and feed on the fear which so many unknowingly give its power through the legend that is so much more real than what peoples skeptic views, why do you think nobody has ever captured it ,killed it, or the fact that bloodhounds aka canines with there hightend sence of smell and intuition of danger wont follow its sent trail from livestock killings it had said too have caused?,you can not kill something which defies natrual order and is there for supernatrual and not flesh and blood, half the world believes in the good book,but that like so many things unproven is not subject to being branded as fake or hoex with such little evidence of such a being that is bellevilant kind and giving,or are these people either scared or in denial of what really lurks in the back of the human mind were the brain protects you from the scary as hell truth that is the Leeds Devil!

My grandfather's family, BRADY, lived on the lands of the park (Gartan Mountain) around 1890-1920, perhaps? My grandfather, Edward Brady worked in the gardens of Glenveagh Castle as a young man. Soon after he left for Philadelphia. This was obviously long after the evictions, but I wonder if there was some connection to my family and those evicted years before.
