DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY My Anafi controller stopped working back in March of this year (2021). It would appears as though there is a USB port fault with the controller (which from reading the forums and comments appears to be a common fault). Considering I’ve only used my Parrot Anafi around 20 times, and then for the controller to have stopped working it is extremely disappointing. I contacted Parrot’s customer service. Parrot’s customer service told me that my warranty claim has been approved by their investigations team, and that I needed to do this via the “point of sale”. We purchased our Parrot Anafi drone from our seller (drones direct). And when I contacted them, they told me that they are awaiting information from Parrot Anafi. So basically, drones direct and parrot keep going round in circles with the same response (like they are using it as a way of replacing faulty goods). If you don’t mind using your drone without a controller, then this is the perfect drone for you. If you want to be able to control your drone with controller, then search for another brand.

This drone presents very serious failures when flying outside the USA, I live in Quito Ecuador and to begin with it has flight restrictions, yuneec has an unrestricted firmware but it loses signal, it does not react to the command and it has never had successful landings, basically it always crashes.

Easy to break the sd card slider , stupid design like a old 2000 nokia sim card design.

Not worth the £549 asking price in 2021 , should be around £300 max

Very informative, but I was hoping for the option to stream to a specific URL using the attached phone or tablet via wifi or LTE. Not possible? I really wanted an option to DJI. Neither Autel EVO's Explorer app nor the Live Deck offers this function either. Looks like I'll have to go DJI.

If your looking to buy a decent drone don't go to Drones Direct. Visited the store about 30 minutes ago with the intention of spending £1600.00 plus on a drone, probably the Mavic 2 Pro with the smart controller. On entering the store it's nowhere as big as the photos would suggest. In fact it's tiny. No member of staff came to assist. After looking at the models on display i went the find a shop assistant, eventually a member of staff came. As the web site stated and accordingly to the model description cards state "Ask staff for a demo" so i asked for a demo only to be told that i had to book as there were only 2 members of staff in the shop. After having to drive for one and a half hours to get there and nothing on the web site stating you had to book i was not over pleased to say the least. At that point the assistant walked off. If this is the quality of their customer service then it doesn't bod well if you had a problem with a drone or anything else purchased from them. I let with my money in my pocket. I would rather spend a couple of hundred pounds more on a drone from another retailer than buy one from this shop. Stay away from Drones Direct like the plaque.

Great review, just a question. I noticed the line down the middle of the screen, obviously you wouldn't notice it while using the google, but I only have one eye. Can you notice the line when you close one eye. Cheers
