I had the opportunity to briefly attend Northwoods Presbyterian in Houston in 1992-1993 shortly before Stuart retired. He was one of those individuals who was authentic and loved his Christian faith. He walked along with his congregation as a humble leader who understood and communicated in a way that built trust, because he spoke from experience and from the heart. He never preached down at his congregation but rather let them know he dealt with many of the same struggles and hardships, but also joy. At the time I attended, Northwoods offered cassette recordings of his sermons. I kept them all these years and I listen to them from time to time for his guidance, support, reassurance, and wisdom. Tapes included “The Things that Make for Peace” , “Things Money Can’t Buy”, “Why we can’t have it all” , “Does God Carry Us?”. I also have a few from his wife Jane including “Let Us Love One Another”. I only recently learned of his passing. I wish I had had the opportunity to hear him and learn from him longer. He never knew me personally, but he had an impact on my life and I honor him with this memory.

The camera is way too far away to be able to connect with the speakers. The microphone is set in such a way that there is the echo of the pastors words. New system of recoding needs lots of adjustment if you want to hold the viewer/ listener. I’m so sorry to miss this service. I looked forward to it all through the Pandemic.

This interview was incredibly moving. Thank you for being brave to share Lindsay and brave to ask Shannon. It’s a step in the right direction for starting to de-stigmatize mental health struggles and I’m not surprised it came from another home grown WPC kid. Best of luck continuing your education Lindsay. You’re well on your way to being the advocate you hope to be.

Hey. I loved your video. I have been trying to research for video that explains everything in this video. 👏 🙌 The part at 1:08 is my fav. Your explanation reminds me of the videos from Doctor Ethan. Dr's demonstrations are useful and I learned a lot for my wellness. He is the most informative health enthusiast on KZbin and he talks about mental health and health symptoms. I recommend you see his channel out and give Doctor Ethan a like! ➡️ #DoctorEthanKZbin

Hello! I liked the video so much. I have been trying to find for a vid similar to yours that teaches the ideas in this KZbin video! 👌Your lesson is similar to the content from Dr Ethan. His videos are totally helpful and he really helped me a lot on wellness. He is a new medical student in Nottingham. I suggest you watch his channel out and give the med student a subscribe here! 👉 #DrEthanHealth
