At 8:06, for condensing the first equation, should it be cube root of x multiplied by (x+1) to the power of 2? The final answer was written without the power of 2 and I don't know how it went away?

Isn’t the orthogonal decomposition supposed to be (-1, 2) using the formula z = u - û

Course is definitely well taught. But your deep gasps constantlty throw me off. Perhaps record future videos in a way that that gets omitted because its hard to focus on the work when you sound like your're gasping for air every 10 seconds.

love your explanations, but a small criticism i have would be at 2:17, you had just explained the order of operations then immediately began doing things out of order, i know that the way you're explaining it still makes sense and would work just fine, but doing it that way may confuses some people, i would have stuck with the order as you just explained it, and explain that you do ~r first then put the () around pvq.

I commented this on one of the last videos but I feel many may not make it that far and thought it would be better commented here! Wow I just have to say I have gone through my ENTIRE semester at my college and have watched nearly every one of this playlists videos(minus a few here and there due to us not covering it or you not covering a section we were doing occasionally). My professors videos are terrible (he has a 2/5 on rate my professor and a 5/5 difficulty for context), I just have to say you are the ONLY reason I have learned literally anything in his class. I think I will still make a B sadly with how hard he grades exams (I made a 49 on the first of 2 exams, above average, and the highest was a 70, then we got a 20 point curve). I just cannot express how much worse this semester would have been without these videos and I just wanted to say thank you so much for them, and I am sure there are many just like me you have helped! This video playlist is just as good as an entire course you would receive at a college institution for free! The book for this class is online for free, and I was only assigned practice problems from that free book. 10/10 would recommend!

This video was extremely helpful. Thanks! A little note would be, since these are very abstract topics, some visual aids like graphing what all these mean could help us understand better. I'm still grateful for the content you create and you teach me a lot!

He told me you killed him." Vader: "No, I am your father" Luke: "That's not true.. that's impossible!" Vader: "search your feelings you know it to be true!" Luke: "nooooooo, noooooooo" anywhooo

Hi, this is a good timing since im taking my linear algebra course rn as chem student (hopefully this will be done before my semester test lol) What are the differences between this course and the previous one? (Went over th previous a bit but not this)? I noticed the order if videos here matches exactly with the order of subjects i learnt this semester, so was there a universal change in chapter orders and what is being thought or just a lucky coincidence? Should i go over this course instead if the previous one?
