It's a self adhesive vinyl wrap. Just peel off the backing paper and install. All you need is a squeegee, heat gun and your skill. That's it!!!

Lol this looks terrible. Whatever you do, do not follow this method of wrapping vinyl. This is by far the worst I've ever seen.
