Sounds as if the speaker was bored reading the text - understandable, as the content sounds quite dry. It can be written in a more appealing way and also read with better emphasis on certain words, in general with more effort put into this type of video.

I’ve been watching lots of videos on soil testing, and this is the best example of real world “how to”, it’s easy to understand, and shows consistent testing techniques. Thank you!!!

I'm confused. On one slide, it says that old institutionalism looks at informal structures, while neoinstitutionalism focuses on inter-organisational and formal structures. Yet on the next slide, it says that old institutionalism looks at inter-organisational treaties. Then, it says that old looks at organisations as embedded in communities while new looks at organisations as embedded in their fields. Aren't community and field sort of the same thing? Correct me if I'm wrong, but in my understanding, neoinstutionalism still looks at both formal and informal structures, it just opposes the idea that organisations are influenced merely by existing institutions. But most importantly, it brings in new concepts, such as isomorphism; formal structure as rationalised myth; organisations behaving in a way to gain legitimacy, reflecting socially constructed reality; decoupling; or organisational/issue/institutional field as a unit of analysis.

Best explanation I've found. Any advice on how to ameliorate this soil for rangeland use? I've got a couple of hundred acres of it and am letting a lot go back to forest but would like 40-50 acres of pasture in the valley floor. At present it's 150 y.o. degraded pasture that's compacted, degraded and very very weedy. St Jon's wort, Echium plantagineum, foxglove (?) and BlackBerry in the wetter areas. Our Australian native tufties do well in the very moist areas I'd like to turn back to swamp Merry christmas

I thought in a forest the iron, aluminium and calcium is taken up by the trees? And that causes the soil to become acidic, resulting in podzol with no iron pan? In open heathland or moorland, or upland bog rainfall leaching out metals does the same thing but in that case an iron pan does form.
