Look, the problem is that I designed a diagram of a three-phase motor start with three pilot lights and I am simulating it without the physical PLC. The simulation is virtual, but when I communicate with Factory IO without problems with a scene in the configuration where I add my inputs and outputs, I only have the input I:0/0 and output O:0/0 and I need more outputs and inputs.

Add process control equipment, pumps, valves, fans, pipes. etc. The level control is too basic. I would suggest more advance control options should be available, like Ratio Control, Cascade Control, MPC, etc.

According that simulation the discharge valve is analog i.e. you can linearly control the flow rate....but on my instance of Factory IO (just downloaded ) both the inflow and outflow valves are booleans i.e. ON/OFF ones with fixed flowrate....additionally there is no liquid level (height) sensor whatsoever...it is impossible to implement an Closed Loop PID control without it..please help! i want to buy Factory IO for an urgent project but only if that works...please!

A) I downloaded the newest version of Factory I/O just hours ago; trying to use the liquid level scene there is no liquid level i.e. graphically it appears but its corresponding level in order to use it for closed-loop control or monitoring is not available, i used "View" "Dock all tags" and it is not there (i got: Discharge, Discharge Valve, Discharging, Fill, Fill Valve, Filling and Timer, nothing else) ...and there is not such a sensor on the component library either! How comes? The evaluation version is supposed to be a full featured? B) Additionally when i create my own scene and try to save it , it CRASHES 100% of time. NOTE1: I am able to play/simulate with some of the existing scenes e.g. Conveyor A to B controlled by Control I/O, that works....NOTE2: I use Windows 10 64bit /English ....help please! ..is there a patch or should i install an older version? I really want to buy the license provided that those problems are fixed...please help!
