Really enjoyed this movie but it struck me how hard the government was trying to sell The Cold War to the British public after the long, bitter struggle against fascism. Scotland Yard discovers that the Communists sank a ship full of weapons, which is potentially an act of war. But nothing on this scale ever happened, not by any communists.

Please remove that DVD icon from your offerings!

Wonderful movie but it there any way to get rid of that really annoying DVD Ripper For Mac script in the upper left corner - sometimes blocks faces and parts of buildings etc. Really distracting .

Sadly, the uploader has obliterated the top left corner of the screen with an unnecessary. very large 'Logo' - 'Amersoft 'DVD Ripper etc' Made it unwatchable for me after 9 minutes in! WHY??

Did some a-hole think the Aimersoft logo, visible throughout this presentation, would somehow add to the movie? Shows you just how clueless, just how imbecilic the so-called "content providers" can be.

J. Arthur Rank Organisation and Rank films under a couple of other names, I think, are almost always worth watching. This was so good. Wow.

Yes again we find great movies to take us all back many lifetimes ago.When our grandparents and parents were alive . They lived like these people and dealt with this earlier decade in time. Remember and pass on this knowledge to the younger people when possible. .Yes a great movie and thanks to the Movie Keepers for what they do for us all...
