I met the slaugh by accident while walking with a friend early in am around 4am. But was wearing a cloak n turned to me my friend was curious and saying I don't trust that thing it's ominous. I just said come on, where just passing through besides they have every right to exist just like any n every other form on this planet in the physical, ethereal, and in the unseen. Remember where aren't bothering them n they aren't bothering us. Kinda had to drag them so they can walk. All I said to them was bliss too you in whatever manner is yours fellow essence of creation. They just turned towards me n kept looking with a tilted head like if they got puzzled or perplexed that I wasn't afraid n just simply accepted n acknowledged them. My friend turned around after we walked for a bit n so did I they raised a shadowy hand like saying bye with me giving the the peace sign n we both saw them vanish into thin air. I felt a happy sorrow inside for them but also had a thought n wondered n spoke out loud to my friend n said why can't humans understand this planet was designed to be shared not divided the oldest cycle is recycling of the water, living, dying, rebirthing, breathing oxygen, ect. N yet taking n claiming as mine is the biggest lie that makes one the very embodiment of whatever they define as the devil. When it's really their own mind that makes them become that thing.

My favorite part about looking for this folklore online is the folklore only pops up if I type "fear gorta" but if I use the alternative spelling of "fear ghorhta" I get mostly music and one of the first results is a song with zero views that's called apokalysis that I haven't even tried to listen to because... It seems far too intriguing

I know she's a monster now, but I feel so sorry for her. She loved someone, but because he wasn't rich, her father didn't approve, he married her off against her will to and old creep who was greedy, selfish, and cruel. They all knew the person she was forced to marry, but they did nothing to help her. I heard one version of the story where he only came to the tower to feed her... And to bleed her. I'm not surprised that she's turned into a monster after all the cruelty she was given in live.

Several ancient places in Scotland refer to Dierdre. I think the legend was once better known here and has been forgotten. I have just completed a short piece of music for orchestra called Dierdre of the Sorrows. Hoping to get a scaled-down version played soon.
