I prefered the Dyane version. Same engine, running gear and interior but with faired-in headlights and the roof ending at the rear of the body, giving room for a boot. I had three of them. I also had two GS's, 2 DS's, a CX, a BX - nine Citroëns. Now I live in FR and have a Peugeot 😩

My wife had a 2CV in the early 80s-a fantastic little vehicle. I’d buy another in a heartbeat, though not an electric or luxury version. The car’s charm was its simplicity, reliability and ability to go places that would phase even phase some of today’s so-called off-roaders.
