I played this map like a 1000 times, I used to wall all the shoreline to avoid invasion 😂😂, then not that much but always attacked first to yellow. I a couple of times I went for Red Romans. Beautiful times they were. 🥲🥲

@sabinscabin1, thanks for these videos. What am I missing on the first level, "Tragedy at Ziklag"??? I get stuck at the very beginning with the villagers in the tight pass that can't cut down the two trees. Please help!!

Hey @sabinscabin1, can you make a video of how to beat the first level of this campaign, "Tragedy at Ziklag"? I get stuck at the beginning where the two villagers are stuck in the trees and can't move, and you can't get your military units through that tiny pass. I don't understand what the trick is to beat it. The hint is about building houses, so I've tried doing that, and I can delete one villager to make room to build one house, which erases one of the two trees, but then my remaining villager is still in the way and won't allow me to get rid of the other tree. Am I on the right track?

Dang that was a nostalgia trip, kinda wish I could play this game for the first time again. Those Greek Centurions are ridiculously overpowered lol. Fastest infantry unit in the game (if memory serves) and the most powerful by far. Great playthrough, always had trouble with this level

The gaia army up north is best for the catapults, you can send the phalanx units to die if you don't like them. The definitive edition changed things significantly for this scenario.

Thanks for the upload! So many memories on this. I always found that if you close yourself behind walls and favor economy, sooner or later they just smash you anyways.

I wonder if a "destroy all enemies" playthrough of this is possible, there might be a way of cheesing Yellow so the wonder never gets built maybe? But this would involve simultaneously fending off Brown, blowing up Red's wonder in time and the only way I can think of is tower-baiting Yellow maybe? But they are Post-Iron with Jihad/Siegecraft ect so when I tried it they just wiped out the towers in seconds even with Centurion backup That or just be super-fast in wiping out all enemies leaving the wonder for last or blowing away Yellow before the wonder is finished maybe?
