Why is no one talking about the orchestra! Some of the little added details, particularly done by percussion and the more prominent bass part made the song!

To play devils advocate...it's a little unfair that he gets to change the chords and the notes towards the end. Literally, anyone who played the actual role, had to MAKE the song amazing with what they had. He gets to mold the songs structure to *his* voice. Idk. It sounds amazing, but there is nothing to compare it to. All the others can be looked at side by side. This one's using hacks.

It's called being a performer. Jeremy knows that if you want to hear it sung the way Ben and all the other Bens sang it, you would watch them. He was asked to sing the song so he's doing it his way. Also, Jeremy doesn't have to change anything to sing the song as written. He could sing this song in his sleep.

I know full and well he can sing this song on elephant tranq and STILL outclass 99% of others. My point was, *FOR ME* , it was a little jarring, *AT FIRST* , that his rendition had, and won't ever, have a comparison. That was it.

Ok. Since NO ONE is talking about it, I will. PROPS TO THE MUSICIANS!! With no brass, and minimal miking, they are KILLING it in that open area. There is no buildings or walls to bounce the sound, and most, if not all, of the instruments have their sound exiting * upwards * . Meaning the sound is literally going up and not bouncing. And yet they are still projecting like a mother. Props to them. Playing in a field is easy. Sounding *good* in a field is hard AF. Band --> Music teacher. 03' +

honestly it s better vocally, Ben s quite struggle and cant belt in that straight high tone. But no one will play Evans better than Ben. It s his personality that already suit the character.

Nankamol B ok yea Jeremy Jordan has better technique but his singing style at least in my opinion doesn’t rly match the contemporary style of the song. Also the way he’s hitting the Bb4s and A4s here at least earlier on seem a little strained as well no?
