I listen to boosters & vizulaize myself with a flat chest ^^ and I also detach! But if it’s hard to detach then I’d recommend listening to convert obsession to results subliminals!! Or listen to a detaching subliminal :D

I am to know my desired reality shift. @zashasubs i had results on the first listen because i use affirmation repeaters, but i left it on loop while i watched tv so i had it on for over an hour, but look up some boosters for limiting beliefs and affirmation repeaters because theyve been going down without listening every day and being inconsistent bc i manifested being able to manifest through anything... i just posted a bundle called "even if..." if you want to use it because it helps you manifest even if you have emotions getting in the way or limited beliefs.
