jmicoe.in/ Open this link and Go on the top right corner ( Distance exam form) if you do it first time so firstly register yourself, then select the option distance mode and write down your roll no. In the given section, after that when your dashboard is open firstly fill your details if they ask . There was a colum of examination form so just open that and fill the details.
