Heyyyy some high protein meals that I keep In rotation : breakfast- steak with one egg and egg whites, birch benders protein pancake mix (vegetarian or regular blend), turkey bacon, sous vide egg cups Lunch- tuna lol or protein shake blended with non fat Greek yogurt, collagen powder (nice amount of protein), fruit, chia seeds, and ripple protein milk, orrrr left overs 😅 Dinners are typically just meat protein with some type of veggie and carb: rotisserie chicken, air fryer chicken wings, air fried pork steaks 🔥 lean ground turkey, fish, ground bison, or lamb

I totally relate with what you said about social media & online spaces and girrrrl the overwhelm from being so vulnerable - I NEVER heard anyone express that and it's EXACTLY how I've felt. So much so, that I pulled back so much from sharing anything personal 😂 Now I'm feeling like, okay Des you gotta share a little something something to reach and connect with the women you're trying to help... the ones who feel like NOBODY gets where they're at. They won't know they're not alone if I keep hiding. I'll just pray to the Father to give me clearance and wisdom on how and where to best share those vulnerable experiences. I know the enemy's plan is always to shut us up and isolate us. Gotta be smarter than him.

I love how you honored God and still honored your husband. You didn’t slash his name nor drag his homosexuality out like a lot of women do when exposing their exes or spouses. Pray it over to Him. And practical things: •Journal&seek therapy.
