I am really sorry that you experienced this. I will be honest in my reply: 1. I hear your heart in wanting to please the LORD and honor Him. HE knows that. ❤ 2. As for me? I would get in the quiet and seek the Heart of GOD and HIS direction in your giving. Everything we have came from HIM and I ask HIM to guide me in where to give. 3. The WORD says afterthought have done all...to stand. So, if you feel peace in giving and joy where you believe you are hearing to give? Then do it. One way or another you will know. Sometimes when it is hard to discern...JESUS teaches us along the way..so regardless, dont stress about it. 4. There is SO much need everywhere, and it seems there is always the real need versus the scammers..right? Sometimes it's obvious and sometimes not. There are two things I look at when Sometimes it's not clear: 1. I know that I am giving out of a right heart and spirit to another who is hurting... AND.. I am accountable to GOD for MY heart's intentions...NOT another's. So when I give I have joy! Now... THEY will be accountable to GOD for THEIR heart's intentions...so if they are right hearted...good. but if they are scamming.. they have to answer to GOD..not me. 2. Many times, others countries are desperate..and I have also experienced what you have. Also there are many, many scams on social media with false pages and are "using others pain" to steal. It's manipulation. Again... I would sit with Holy Spirit and the WORD and ask for wisdom. There are times when there are real needs. If I am being lead to give, I will pray about the amount first. Also, I always encourage strongly those asking, in many cases, to go to GOD and ask HIM for help and not people. "The THRONE before the Phone." When we help others seek GOD for their needs first, as we do ourselves, we help them create space for a first time encounter with GOD or we help a brother or sister deepen their intimacy with HIM.

I really feel your heart here, because to be honest... sometimes, I get down and simply fall apart. I know before the Fall of Man it was beautiful with GOD... peace-filled. I look at life after as a Holy GOD, and a perfect FATHER. A Parent who loves their children so much that HE took their SIN punishment and Eternal Separation from HIM out of the mix when we are adopted through Christ's gift... but... at the same time, we are being disciplined through Love to learn from our disobedience of rebellion. And, our Character through all of these fiery trials is being made like HIS. Thinking of it this way and seeing the long term benefit of not being able to carry any SIN into Heaven...Eternity... the New Jerusalem... well.. it worth it! I couldn't bear another life... Eternity mind you... of "this." GOD knows it's not easy, and HE came through the Holy Spirit to walk us HOME. It has to be very hard for HIM as well to watch us suffer as HE did and HE suffers with us, as well as sharing our joys. Loving one another with that Agape love, bearing with, and helping each other through even in our individual brokenness is a part of it too. In the Light of Eternity... it truly is a short journey on this earth... but.. again... I share your wrestling here. Sometimes, I'm just weary too. 🫂

And, once this is over... we truly will be in perfect peace, joy and freedom with HIM and one another on the other side! Don't give up friend...we are almost HOME. 🙏
