Just do not become corrupt. Operate with true candour, with honesty and integrity in what you do, say and write. Unfortunately some Doctors loose their moral compass, putting ALL Doctor in a bad light and that of the profession of being a Doctor. God bless all proficient and honest Doctors.

Thank you for this. I have a boss who are very selective person and practice favoritism. i worked hard for every project but i never get the recognition that i deserved. but when i submit my resignation letter the management are panicking. now my new boss are happy. he and the management team at my new place always supportive and reward me for every project that i have done. Now i heard my old team is a mess and how my old boss missed all the previous staff.

Forget making space for emotion. I got so mad when a colleague with a lot less responsibility was promoted around me for a big payrise that it made me ill. I got a new job with a lot more money, more senior title and actually less pressure and responsibility than my previous job. I took great pleasure in throwing my notice in and my old boss suddenly changed his tune and began realising my worth. I bumped into him about five years later and he admitted I was right to leave.

Diet can be a placebo. As someone who has recovered from POTs, CFS, IBS, chronic pain through healing my brain and spent so much time listening to recovery stories and my own experiences these symptoms are from the brain and how safe the brain feels. I first went on all the diets, Paleo, vegatarian, no sugar, gluten, dairy, etc,) and it did absolutely nothing to help my symtoms. I landed on a fairly low carb, very little sugar not perfect diet that worked for me and that I enjoyed, Nothing worked for me (including movement and other things I tried) until I did tons of work cognitive work (mindfulness, meditation, learning to be present, let go of thoughts, not believe thoughts, etc. ) work getting back into my body and learning to feel all the emotions (I was very emotionally repressed) and sensations (Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing), cultivating self compassion, worked through childhood trauma issues, and I slowly got better. For me, reducing and getting rid of the symptoms has nothing to do with diet (or supplements), but if I was eating in a way that didn't serve me and was really unhealthy that would mean I wasn't listening to my body, not caring about my wellbeing in some way and that in and of itself would be a problem, the food itself would not be the problem there.

listening to this man tells me that doctors and the medical industry requires far more regulation. shrugging off the death of a patient after you might have caused their death because they were "sick" is akin to murder. I am archiving this immediately. this man should be watched and in fact reported to the authorities.

This guy lost me at god created us. He is an evolution science denier. It's so sad that doctors are completely ignorant in so many things. Another being nutrition. Doctors have little to no understanding of nutrition and only know to treat with meds or surgeries.
