Hey, Bob, hope you're doing okay. I was looking through my subscriptions and opened your channel as I sometimes do, and saw this song. I came to know Keb Mo a little late but I really like him. When I get back to the guitar again, this will be on my list to give a try, Thanks

"Tu es dans mon coeur et dans ma tete" is the French which means you are in my heart and in my head literally (or on my mind figuratively)

I know I'm very late to this party, but I love your lessons on how to play these beautiful songs. Question: I notice in the comments that people are talking about the chords flashing on the screen somewhere, but I don’t see them. Am I missing something? I have figured out that you are fretting 2 strings with one finger sometimes (like on the A chord), but occasionally one of your fingers is hidden and I can’t quite see what’s being fretted. Thanks!

I discovered Nashville tuning within the last year or so and immediately strung my 6 string banjo with it. WOW!!!!!! That's the sound I've been seeking for over 20 years. It is now my favorite instrument to play.

Nice job, Bob... I learned it with a standard 2-5 progression (i.e. Em9 to A7), but the G-A7 seems to be just fine. Both the songwriter (Lesley Duncan) and Elton John (Tumbleweed version) use 2-5. Where did you pick up this nice alternative? ...g

Now try the Am7 in the first position. Also play G6 instead of the Em, followed by A13 -D -D with open E and C# bass -Bm7-A. Chorus : G6-A13-Dmaj7-Bm7 :II G6-F#m-E7sus.

One of my most favorite JB songs.... When I was a junior in HS back in 1979, I heard this song played on one of those HS sex education videos where it was played at the end when the video credits were being shown...

Really nice, thak you. One thing i would love is to watch your right hand closely, and to know if you are using fingers or a pick, and if so what grade. As a mentor once told me, your left hand is your head, but your right hand is your heart.
