Nice job on a DIY sim setup. Wish I had a garage to do work like that. It's an absolute blast. Best wishes and cheers to you my friend. 🥳

@Eforce3d Thanks appreciate it! Yea I'm always so thankful I was raised on a farm with lots of room and a garage. Moved to the city for college when i was younger, and I hated every second of it lol

Hell yes! Way to actually use tools! I see people who can set up a sim racecar like a pro who probably don't own a socket set and have never changed a brake pad and it boggles my mind.

truly well done Josh, it's an impressive and professional job truly a pat on the back, cant wait to see Bolin customs come to life. I can imagine you with a whole shelf and shop full of imprints and moulds, many car body shops and car communities coming to you personally with the growing of tools and machines for faster sales. what a channel and what a guy. truly keep hold of that dream of a custom body shop, you have the passion and now the experience, you truly would do well as all the other custom body shops started where you are now.

truly well done Josh. I can really see you setting up a custom spoiler/custom body shop in the future. the effort and work you put in with the mould is truly professional and many in the vdub community would pay well for such spoilers. You keep going and press on, your optimism, determination and high spirit will keep you well for the future. Looking forward to seeing your progress with and possibility of jb customs.

Using zip ties like that is definitely a ghetto rig. They do become brittle over time and may break.
@JoshBolin47 ай бұрын
They aren't in the sun so they don't get nearly as brittle, but definitely can happen you are right. I just personally would rather replace $2 of zip ties eventually then drill holes or zipping in self tappers. No problems so far but if they eventually go I'll try to remember to jump back here and comment if I remember so we know how long it lasted lol (video was put up 6 months after filming)

Is that more steady on the gravel? It's so much narrower I feel like it's more likely to tip over on the gravel?
@JoshBolin47 ай бұрын
Yea it's actually great, The majority of the weight is over the Big back wheels which keep it from being tippy. The welder really doesn't weigh anything so it's not enough to make it want to tip at all!
