I really enjoy your videos. Great video, I was looking for one. I have one question: I consume 500 grams of skinless chicken breast every day.Could you please tell me how many calories I would consume if I boiled 500 grams of skinless chicken breast in plain water without any oil or fat

Hi from the UK and new here and thanks for this amazing update about the way you cook Egusi soup which I love make occasionally as monthly when I can. I will try these healthy methods but I always use vegetables too.

Hello Zion, your calorie need depends on a lot of factors: age, weight, activity level, health condition, etc. But, all things being equal, if you have a healthy weight, no ailments, then 2000 calories would do.
