These types of dressers are some of my favorite to refinish. The material isn't high quality on its own, but it's a PERFECT canvas for an entirely new look. That's what you were able to do with this, Andy! You gave it a full revival creating a whole new piece! The paper is a perfect compliment to that deep black and gold. Nice job! 👏🏼😍

Hi Andy & Milo🐾! Welcome back! You are really an artist, your drawers are awful, a beautiful idea and a motivation for me! Because I bought a little old dresser (for € 10,-) and since now I did'nt know how to edit it. Thanks for this inspiration😅 also the sides with the golden frame and the front with the accents I love! So i send greetings from Vienna (here is full autumn🍁🍂) and please cuddle Mylo🥰🥰🥰

I learned so much about reconstructing those mdf pieces from this Andy, thank you. I love that you added the whole new wood bottom on the piece, mdf and sliding that stuff on the ground like most people do, and any moisture at that bottom is always a problem. Doing that just brings it back up to such a sturdy piece. I love your paper that you made, i have only used made by marley paper, and her's is heavy like that, a regular piece of paper. Horses are always beautiful on pieces. Awesome job on saving that piece so someone can use it again for years to come.

The transformation was nice however, the execution of the painting is poor. There are too many spots missed and it didn't look even to me. I did like that you had rebuilt it though.

Not to mention all the details like the drawer fronts/bottoms and the care you gave to the wood before bringing it back to life. Well done my friend! 👏🏼😍🧡 PS hello to Milo! Take care!

Hi Andy, I hope you feel better. It turned out great as usual. You are an amazing role model for the people who always complain for the things they don't have. I wish you have a proper workshop with lots of fancy tools in it, lots of customers and lots of followers. I also wish a nice big play ground for Mylo in that workshop :) Lots of love and respect from Turkiye. Elif

I'm impressed you took a rough, handmade sow's ear and turned it into an elegant silk purse, and in the lounge of an apartment building several stories up! I hope the building has an elevator! Really lovely transformation (I might have painted the divisions between the "drawers" darker to give the illusion of shadows, but that's really nit-picking). Love your furry quality control manager. :)

I admire the way you work in such a small area where you live and you don't stress about it. I find that having t moving my mess all through my house such a chore and then decide to finish off some other day. It's true what they say. It's not about the tools or the space. It's about getting things done regardless!
