I have heard it said that Elen white said those who store up food as to depend on themselves. Will find food with bugs or gone bad. Walk by Faith. Not believing in ones self. I love the medical missionary work God's church is involved with ! We are to be in the world , but not of it , yet we are to share the last day message of hope to the physically, and spiritually sick ! They can be healed, if they so choose ! Thanks for the testimony !!

You also brought out an important point. To separate and start independent movements or churches, is not according to the word of God.

Thank you very much for this. We have all kinds of messed up behaviours in the church, but the doctrines are not condemned. So its important for us to heed the counsel of Jesus in Rev 3:18-20 and buy of Jesus gold tried in the fire....... because Jesus is able to help us and deliver us from wrongs, that we won't have messed up behaviours. The more darkness we shun, the more light and strength we will receive.

Perhaps you were going to address this or have addressed it already, but what do you do when a very headstrong individual addresses a major problem with the medical missionary work? This individual exposed the fact that we are not doing the natural remedies (generally) because we are focused on allopathy as a denomination, and this misdirected focus has led to much division in the last four years over certain allopathic treatments. Adding to the confusion is the fact that this headstrong individual and another more balanced individual are both strong supporters of God’s remnant? I agree that pointing guns at each other is not good, but I feel that resolve is impossible to achieve without dialogue. How does a medical missionary in training relate to this? This is my quandary.

I live on a farm. We have free-range chickens. We definitely eat eggs. I eat boiled eggs and kale smoothies every morning for breakfast. (I avoid bread) I highly recommend it. It's an excellent way to start the day, and I can always tell when I didn't have it.

Why don't they believe the word of God. God even spoke from heaven at the baptism of His SON and declared he was His Son? Does the word of God lie? Titus 2 says God who cannot lie, doesn't it? The SDA church has made God a liar about His Son and told the church it is only a metaphor?? If you don't have the true Christ you don't have eternal life. 1 John 5:11,12 Please be honest with the Word of God.

Any advice for lead poisoning

At 87 years old and as the only Adventist, new one at that, in my family, it seems impossible to get through to any of them. The evangelicals, the Sikh, and the non-believers. I just slip in comments here and there. And pray a lot. I so wish I had been an Adventist all of my life. I was lost.

The brother says that the statue in Daniel 2, and there the feet of iron and clay, symbolize the Ten States in Europe. That is the common interpretation, but there are some inconsistencies. If there really were ten states, or the ten horns, then three toes would have to be missing from the statue ... And the stone hits the picture at the feet with 10 toes. In Revelation 17, however, the 10 kings are mentioned who have power for 1 hour together with the beast. In the writings of Sister White she writes in {4BC 1168.8} Iron and Clay-Mingled Churchcraft and Statecraft-We have come to a time when God's sacred work is represented by the feet of the image in which the iron was mixed with the miry clay. God has a people, a chosen people, whose discernment must be sanctified, who must not become unholy by laying upon the foundation wood, hay, and stubble. Every soul who is loyal to the commandments of God will see that the distinguishing feature of our faith is the seventh-day Sabbath. If the government would honor the Sabbath as God has commanded, it would stand in the strength of God and in defense of the faith once delivered to the saints. But statesmen will uphold the spurious sabbath, and will mingle their religious faith with the observance of this child of the papacy, placing it above the Sabbath which the Lord has sanctified and blessed, setting it apart for man to keep holy, as a sign between Him and His people to a thousand generations. MILLERITES taught that the King of the North was Babylon and became the Romans in Daniel 11:14-15 who was described as another King of the North who shall come. The word of the Lord spoken by the prophets was about to be fulfilled. The Assyrian power to the northward, long supreme, was no longer to rule the nations. Egypt on the south, in whose power the king of Judah was vainly placing his trust, was soon to receive a decided check. All unexpectedly a new world power, the Babylonian Empire, was rising to the eastward and swiftly overshadowing all other nations.. PK 422.1
