Amazing how varied black inks can be. Thank you for sharing. I’m a bit guilty of the ink obsession. Sometimes just the name alone will make me want them😅 I run a lot of them through fountain pens, but I do enjoy using them in illustrations too.

Thank you for sharing your new treasures! I like the look of the Cool Noir and Black Ash. I'm expecting a Cult Pens delivery this coming week with some inks: Diamine in Evergreen, Sepia and Great Wall of China; and J Herbin Ink in Gris Nuage which looks like a very light grey with a hint of lavender. These will all be new colors to me. Peace.

Oh gosh, I don’t fully remember, I think some were a Payne’s grey, a perylene violet, Titan buff, Naples yellow and neutral tint. They are gorge colours. Would recommend them for colour pay off.

I’ve bought my pan pastels and buy all my art supplies from local art supplies stores. That way they don’t break in shipping and I support local shops. Not one of my pan pastels are broken. And I absolutely love them,

Thank you for sharing Sarah. I have lots of pages in my sketchbook that I've prepared with gelli prints or other media as washes of color and texture. The trick for me is going back to use these pages. I spend lots of time thinking about how to incorporate what's on the prepared page with a drawing or painting. The prepared pages are so pleasing to look at without any additions. Please consider sharing how you might use your pages. I also hesitate to use the first pages in my sketchbook. Often I will do a wash of color and write a quote on the first page. Peace.

It’s such a brilliant way to create isn’t it. I know what you mean sometimes I don’t want to spoil the page with drawing over it. Yes I will be doing some further videos. That’s a great idea for the first page! Thanks for watching 😊
