These tiny homes should replace all mobiles, especially in Florida because of hurricanes. Hurricanes this year, 2024, destroyed so many carports and roofs in my mobile park. If I could buy a small plot of land, I would love the 400 sq foot home. That’s all a person needs, cause I lived in that space for 10 years in a condo. Now the mobile I rent is bigger and is certainly not energy efficient. Elon, please keep doing what you are gifted with. MAGA!!!

Not one of the examples shown in the video is realistic, because you need a sewer connection. You can't just drop it on a gravel bed. You need a sewer line, and you need a water line, and you can't put them where it will freeze, and you need a foundation below the frost line or frost heave will break the connections. One of the "tells" of a mobile home is how high they have to put them to be able to connect the sewer and water.

People are not tech smart and you would have to include a class to teach anyone how to live in it. I have a technical engineering way of solving issues in my home. But I’m highly educated and would have to learn this tech. And what about tech not functioning or breaking. Is there a warranty that would work and who the heck could repair anything in its brain. Lots of questions but good product. The billionaire class has a moral obligation to fix society problems because of their wealth hoarding.

Since I live in Canada I will never get an electric vehicle until they work well in cold climates. If Elon wants to go to Mars, then for electric vehicles to work there, they will need to work in very cold climates.
