I used GLAD strategies in washoe county nevada. FABULOUS. My students were engaged and eager to come to school to learn more. School wide our scores grew exponentially. Great for vocabulary and writing. All students can participate no matter their level.

Cully is the last close-in Portland section to gentrify, so investors can still experience leveraged appreciation there, versus SE Portland. Cully, of course, is trying to not displace its lower income residents, but let's face it, the poor are heading toward Rockwood and Gresham.

Am I the only one that can't hear anything being said? Just wondering if it's my computer's sound quality or not. I have it on the top volume and it sounds very soft.
