Girlieee!!! Idk if you remember me but I commented on another video. I finally tried the plate! ITS DELICIIIIOUS!!! I added seasoning to my cottage cheese. I grilled the veggies bc I need them softer than raw. I’ll finish the pickled okra and won’t repurchase but I’m open to trying raw. I’m going to have ALOT of fun with this!!! Just binged your original story podcasts with hubs and brother. Such a lovely story. Thanks for sharing and all you do. You’ve been brave. Trying to navigate all this for myself but glad to feel I’m not… alone? Even though I know you’re online but still. Anyways girl, sending lots of love. Keep it up!

Ahhh, I’m so happy to hear from you again! 🥰 I’m thrilled you tried the plate and made it your own with the seasoning and grilled veggies! It sounds absolutely delicious. And I totally get you on the pickled okra-it’s a love-or-leave thing for sure! 😂 Thank you so much for listening to the podcast. Knowing it resonated with you really means the world to me. It’s not always easy to put everything out there, but hearing that it makes people feel less alone makes it all worth it. Sending you tons of love right back! 💛 You’re never alone in this, and I’m so grateful to have you along for the journey.

Why mustard
@Tiffanyymagee2 сағат бұрын
Haha, the big question-why mustard? 😂 It’s my secret weapon! Mustard adds tons of flavor without any extra calories or sugar, so it’s perfect for keeping things tasty without the guilt. Plus, I just love the tangy kick-it keeps meals interesting! Once you start, it’s hard to stop! 😆

It's not good. Lol I tried this many times, and it was just blegh every time. Unless you just LOVE the taste of mustard and bland cottage cheese, it's almost nauseating.

I’m curious, do you eat the same things for breakfast and dinner? Do you ever indulge in “junk food” or have you been strictly on this diet? Love your videos 😊
@Tiffanyymagee2 сағат бұрын
Thank you so much! 😊 I keep breakfast and dinner pretty balanced, similar to my lunches, but I do switch things up-especially for breakfast! And yes, I definitely indulge in “junk food” now and then! It’s all about balance, so if I’m craving something, I’ll enjoy it in moderation. Keeps life fun and helps me stay on track in the long run! 💛
