The difference between pancakes and hotcakes is not just about geographical location, but also about consistency, texture, how brown they are, and how evenly they brown. Both can be fluffy or crispy. However, the difference is that pancakes are firm, yet thinner and wider and can tolerate pressure from utensils and condiments. Hotcakes, however, are limp lifeless pieces of flour water compost that are thicker, denser, narrower, and browner than pancakes, but don’t brown as evenly as pancakes and collapse from the slightest pressure from utensils or condiments.

Very nice place. I am looking to venture out there soon. I was asking my travel tribe about locations there and 2 persons told me not to go to Pattaya because of the crazy environment especially at night, but I have seen some beautiful places there and other people have responded fairly well about it. Thanks for sharing.
