I love the ending of this movie, I felt like crying! that tells us that Ruby is off to college!

Back in 1983, I served as an understudy for the understudy of Shannon Kriska (in the role of Donna). I had gone to see the play one evening and Dianne Travis came up to me afterward asking me if I could learn the part of Donna quickly due to Shannon needing to be on a film shoot and the understudy being very ill. (I had met Dianne when her husband, Mark Travis, had directed me in another play at the old Bank Playhouse in Pasadena--no longer there). I said I would learn the role and I played the role for a weekend at the Fountain Theatre. What an honor to have had the good fortune to act with this fabulous ensemble cast, even for just a moment in time. It was a lot of fun.

This should provide more insight into how The Big Lie attempted to upend democracy and has divided families throughout our country.
