What would happen if I measured it cooked? I was planning to cook a meal that would last for 2-3 days and only portion it after cooking.

Easy replacement for beer is weed. But then again I never liked alcohol lol. Great video fr. And if you are watching this and worried about pizza knocking down your cals for the day make pizza with lavash bread you can easily make a whole pep pizza for 300 cal or less with plenty for other meals and even ice cream and watch liquid cal in general if your on a deficit alcohol isnt gonna be worth it unless you are on a cheat day your not gonna drink enough to feel anything all your doing is throwing away calories and drinking yucky stuff. Try Dr pepper zero and just try to be sober for a while cuz your gonna want calories for your food so try to drink 8 cups of water a day and drink low calorie drinks. Alcohol is usually high calorie.

And when I say ice cream I'm talking about like Halo Top. I'm on a 1200 calorie deficit currently and I'm definitely a volume eater and I love having a 270-300 depending on how much toppings I use pizza all by myself lavash bread for the whole thing is just 120 cal. And as long as you are tracking your portions you can keep it 300 or less and even half would be plenty to fill you up I just like to eat. And I will often have halo top sometimes I only have room for half a pint but low cal whipped cream makes it even more with not much but I can easily still have a full strawberry pint for 270 cal after the whole pizza. And that's still leaving plenty of calories for breakfast and lunch. It doesn't take me long to make and it's a good replacement for like totinos pizza that we all know and love. I'm not a dietitian and my methods are not always the best in macros but all things in moderation and look for ways to be creative switch to low cal versions and you can still have high volumes of the foods you love by just lookin for lower cal options. If you are reading this we got this. You can do it! I strongly recommend even going to a store don't bring any money and just read and list out the best brands for different things try out different options and find what you like.

And btw I am just putting this comment here to help cuz I know a lot of people think there is no way you can eat enough to feel satisfied on 1200 cal but it just takes a lot of switches. And if your an alcoholic it can be harder for you to avoid drinking. And for that if you intend to keep drinking I strongly suggest raising your calorie deficit it might suck and feel like you won't get there soon enough but if you are sticking with it any amount of a deficit will get you there in time. I'd go for like 1500 if your gonna drink.

Unfortunately I relapsed until 3 days ago I decided to quit again. I’m just not feeling good anymore after i smoke i finally see that its effecting my life and health. Constantly coughing to a point where i fell nauseous. I have absolutely no memory left brain is always foggy. I hope this time i make it out
