1:28 Um actually there was a Sonic the Hedgehog world in Lego Dimensions, not to mention the Portal and Midway Arcade worlds ur a fake fan

Calling someone a fake fan just because they didn't get to play one or more games in a franchise is a really stupid argument ngl. And to be fair the starter set of Lego Dimensions for PS4 still sells for a hefty price unopened, while the Sonic level pack still in the box is also rather expensive.

@Benjamillion yeah I'm just teasing Elijah. We're friends and I edit the shorts for this channel.

Saw your comment on Reddit and came to check your channel. You have a really nice voice, mixed with a well done review. I hope you keep doing videos, I'm happy to subscribe!

Thank you! I really appreciate that. I'm still trying to get a hang of things, but I got plenty of more videos on the horizon. I should have one on my early impressions of Dragon Quest 3 Remake, since I also got an early copy of that. But I also want to make a video regarding my thoughts with Dragon Age Veilguard so far, alongside plenty other videos in the near future. I'm planning to revisit an older Lego title, review the new Indiana Jones game, give some thoughts on the Black Ops 6 season 1 update, and so so many other videos. Just tough cause there's so much going on right now game-wise, but I hope you look forward to it and the evolution of my channel once I get everything figured out!

70 dollars for a 6 and a half hours is insane for a lego game with nearly no replay value. That's actually depressing.

It's actually $60, but it really should be $15 to $30. I don't feel like I wasted my money, but I kind of wish I spent it elsewhere.

@ElijahGames_LM yeah, 15-30 would've been way better for that I feel

Nice review, I haven't played much Lego games but i didn't expect this game to be so short for the asking price.

Personally, I don't mind the shortness of the game. I'm still juggling Metaphor, Dragon Age, Dragon Quest, and Call of Duty right now, so a more bite-sized adventure is perfect. But it's really about how the game is actually structured and played that truly hindered my experience. At the same time, most lego games have far more content than this and justifies their length much more so. Just depends how you see it overall.

You can tell by the ratings, you either love it or hate it, hardly any in between. Personally I love it

This game is awesome, I have around 7 hours and I have had so many fun interactions online with the awesome community behind this game, the game is also extremely fun as you have to navigate the map and strategise to be the one who gets kira or gets L, giving how this game is dirt cheap and has basically unlimited hours of content i think it is a solid 8/10

Yeah. I can definitely see how it could strike a chord with people. It's just not personally what I'd want out of a Death Note style game, but it's pricing and gameplay loop does justify it as something worth a lot of people's times.

Umm actually the in game avatars weren't just chosen as a cash grab theyre a reference to the finger puppets that Near has in season 2 if you were a real Death Note fan you would've known that

You're actually completely right. I forgot all about that. Still, making 80% of the characters look like that and then locking the actual good models away is still a bit scummy. Granted, the game is practically free to play and there's far bigger issues within the game. Thanks for the comment though. Everything post-L in the series, apart from the ending, has never been memorable to me.
