I start eating at 6:30 am and I stop eating at 2pm..so that is 16 hours of fasting. I didn't need to lose weight - just doing it to feel great and have more energy and clear thinking.

Why would I use a nasal spray when I can just buy NAD capsules?
@synchronicity.health
@synchronicity.health 3 ай бұрын
When taken orally, NAD+ is almost entirely degraded. Liposomal and sublingual NAD+ does not have much research to back up its efficacy. It is recommended to use a NAD Nasal Spray or an IV NAD in order to assure absorption. IV's are very expensive and come with many uncomfortable side effects. So we recommend using a NAD Nasal Spray, or a NAD Precursor, such as our NAD+ Booster capsules.

I checked the dosage on the melatonin. That tiny dosage won't touch me. So disappointed. I have Neurolyme. We take high dosages for its neuroprotective benefits.

Try it out! The intranasal application is much faster and more reliable than an oral capsule or tablet, and at a fraction of the dosage! If you're interested: synchronicity.health/products/melatonin-nasal-spray We're also here if you have any questions. :)

@@elijuh3 When applied intranasally, the absorption rate into the brain is significantly higher than when dosing melatonin orally. For this reason, only a fraction of the amount of Melatonin is needed. Many of our customers switch from 10mg oral melatonin to our nasal spray and find our nasal spray to work more effectively. What's important, especially for Neurolyme, is how much melatonin is actually reaching the brain. When utilizing the intranasal route, you are getting melatonin directly into the brain and bypassing the BBB. When taking oral melatonin, much of it is destroyed before it ever makes it to the brain. In addition, our nasal spray contains Theanine. Theanine is also neuroprotective and famously bad at being absorbed through the gut. Our founder was diagnosed with Lyme disease at the age of 5 and also suffered from Neurolyme. If you email us at: [email protected] we will send you a free bottle of our Melatonin Nasal Spray. We want you to try it for yourself and we have a special place in our hearts for those suffering from Lyme. Wishing you the best and hope to hear from you.

Find this Myo rep concept intriguing but I have some questions, hopefully someone will be able to provide me with answers. 1. Activation Set, is it a must to set it at 20? How about 30? 2. It is advisable that the Myo Rep should be within 25 to 50 percent of the activation set. Can I assume that I can plan my progressive overload using this? Meaning that I increase the rep from 25 slowly to 50 percent before I start to add weight on the activation set? 3. Can I totally do away with the normal set/rep routine and just do this for isolation exercises? Coz I thought the time saved for doing Myo Rep for isolation exercises (biceps, delts and triceps) would potentially give me more time to put in more effort on compound exercises thus making the training more efficient (or so I think).

Can you not do the standing one? There are a couple that you can do side laying i believe, but they can be more difficult. Do you have a practitioner near you that is certified at the Postural Restoration Institute, they are some of the best specialists I have seen when it comes to pelvic neutrality and the usage of this posterior capsule stretch in engaging it.
