its not actually a waranty claim you have there is its up to the user to check all bolts and tighten stuff up,also your floppy brake lever issue your bike may need new brake pads and may need to bleed the brakes,bolts do come loose even on ordinary bikes without motors so every month or so they need to be checked and maybe some locktight on the bolts so that they dont come loose

I purchased my mamba venom ebike from Avocado ebikes,they are great folk to deal with,any problems and they will sort it out
@grumpysgarage438712 сағат бұрын
That's good I still haven't heard from pedl
@mikebicycle700516 сағат бұрын
I like the mamba venom ebike,the only problem with mine were the poorly built wheels,so I re-spoked the wheels and put on some heavy duty ebike rated tyres,you do have to check bolts and stuff on this bike and even the brakes calipers are not properly adjusted from the factory,my bike runs fine and where else are you going to get an ebike for this price,do some home mods and you will end up with a great ebike,my bike does hills around 35 percent grades and I dont even need to stand up,you will never find a perfect ebike,just get one that you like speed and power wise and do some home mods,I only use pedal assist 3 even on hills,I dont even use the full power that this bike has,25 klms on a bicycle is flying
@mikebicycle700516 сағат бұрын
mamba venom is not a bad bike but the wheels and tires let it down,it has 12 gauge steel spokes laced in a cross two pattern and 12 gauge spokes are too thick for bicycle rims,the spoke angles are too great on a cross two pattern and thats why you get broken spokes,its need to be laced in a cross one pattern and they need ti be stainless steel spokes,the tyres are not ebike rated tyres and are thin,I re-spoked my mamba venon and put on decent tyres,continental contact plus that are ebike rated ones and very puncture proof,also went down to 47 mm wide tyres and bike now handles alot better

Coming along nicely, old spud at work has a brown HZ Vacationer 253 tri and I have a blue HZ SL wagon same mechanical spec as yours. On the balljoints and tierod ends that have Nyloc nuts instead of castle nuts and split pins, put a paint pen mark on the thread and nut. That way you can tell at a glance if they have come lose at service time. As for postage costs on Rare Spares stuff, my local Autobarn in Bendigo gets stuff in for me at the Rare Spares website cost, they get them together with their own stock.
