can this route be ridden out and back (bidirectional)? I'm just curious if I can do a training ride without having to get picked up at the other end

@@mfiocca I'm traveling so sorry for the late response. You can ride out sand lakes Rd to island lake to the airport from timber ridge. The trail is not itself bi-directional unless you want to crash head first into people.

One of the Advantages of starting in a late wave is a lot of the sand will have a nice packed down line. But, you also have longer and slower coga lines.

@@ThePman113 18/19 Burt's 2.35. the sand was just deep. Got tossed in on the wrong line. It happens.

Cannot thank you enough for posting this! As someone from down-state who won't be able to get up there for a pre-ride, this is very helpful. In your Strava route comment, besides the mistake east of Williamsburg that you noted, when you say "minus some key parts" are you just referencing the start and finish, or some other sections?

Awesome coverage! I missed having % grade (I know, it usually lags a ton), BUT your graphic representation of the elevation at the bottom middle of the screen MORE than made up for it. Yep. Also did the Barry 36 on the same set up. Just higher pressure. Going to be the same this weekend for the Arcadia. Likely 20 front 21 rear.

That's awesome. Considering running them F/R at Iceman this year if dry. With the 2.35 width and low pressure for grip these days I think it might be worth a shot! Good luck at Arcadia!

@@jvsnotag kyan told me to go 2.35 and my boy Steffen said Burt's all day. They shed dirt and float in sand. If it's muddy I'll throw a Ralph or Ron up front.

bro i love golf and i love to play it but the courses i have been on always book to many people and you end up feeling like you are playing a marathon instead of a a nice slow game of golf. Like you end up letting people play through then you pass them and it just feels....rushed, if that makes sense!
