It's cute but like.... I'm not tryna be scrooge, the grinch or a hater but i find it kinda pointless to do a gingerbread man design on a sugar cookie. It's like, that brown colour comes from all that flavour in a gingerbread cookie anyway so what's the point of drawing a gingerbread cookie on top of a sugar cookie? Cookie on a cookie. I'm sure it tastes decent and i gotta admit, it's pretty cute. I also recommend to anyone baking any sort of cut out cookie, to make a pipeable royal icing for details and take half of that in another bowl. Add water, not too much, little by little till you get something like a thick pancake batter consistency. Then you can just dip your cookies in the thinner icing by flipping the plain cookie upside down and flipping back to the side which should now be coated in royal icing (be sure to tap ypur hand on the side of the bowl gently to tap off excess icing and shake the cookie gently facing upwards to even out the icing) and add on details with the thicker more pipeable icing! If you get air bubbles from the thinner icing, which i often get, no big deal! Just poke 'em away with a toothpick. I'm a great baker but i still do this! I find that drawing a border takes too long and it's almost always too thick of an icing coating, so it's much quicker if you wanna make a big batch for maybe a bake sale or a party.

Yes, I used a tip less bag. It lets you get a super fine tip, and there are less dishes to wash 😊

@@LifeIsSweet dishes is easier to wash than small nozzles, I don't use disposable bags and for normal size project it means washing at least 6 small nozzles a couple of times 😭
