4 Chicken Leg Quarters Instructions This is such an easy recipe! The oven does all the work. The detailed instructions are included in the recipe card below. Here are the basic steps: Wash your chicken well before cooking Cut or Slice your chicken like in the Video Squeeze fresh Half Lemon 1 TSP black pepper 1 TSP Tomato Bouillon with Chicken Flavor 2 to 3 TSP Liquid Smoke 1 TSP Paprika ½ TSP of scaped nutmeg 2 TBSP of scraped ginger juice Crush or scrape 3 to 4 Garlic Cloves 1 TBSP Creamy Chili Sauce or Yum Yum Sauce 1 TBSP Mayonnaise Drizzle 1 TBSP of oil Mix everything together and let marinate for 1 hour Place the pan under the broiler on high so the surface of the chicken is 10 to 15 inches from the heat…15 minutes each side to achieve browned skin and juicy meat. Do check the chicken after the first 10 minutes. If the skin seems to be browning too much, Broil in low until chicken cooked through.
