I have limestone tiles the fence will be going into. The tiles are just leveled on dirt, not mortared onto a concrete surface. Do I need to have a concrete footing to put the sleeves in?

Wouldn't you want the custom section to be in the back of the pool rather than front and center where everyone will notice it looks different? Couldn't you start at the gate and go off in both directions and see where it meets in the back of the pool? That way the front area looks perfectly symmetrical.
