These excerpts are magnificently played. I loved the Bartok ... one of my favourite pieces! BTW, I found your Breslmair Mouthpiece a bit too big for my piston C, but I get a very clear and articulate while still warm enough sound on my Bb rotary with it. I also tried it on an old Conn Connstellation, which just opened up insanely. Time to work on my breath control ... :-) Thank you for your videos and all the best for your upcoming performances.

Great performers , but the ceiling must be very high , or needs something to acoustically absorb so individual sounds aren’t flaring. Or perhaps different miking

May I ask: your schedule is so busy and you are always delivering at the highest level; at what age/what stage of your career did you feel you reached this point where you are able to know you can take on solo performances, brandenburgs, big orchestral rep all in the space of a couple of weeks?

Bonjour, Je ne savais pas que vous vendiez des embouchures sous vôtre nom... Vôtre vidéo donne envie de les tester ! Vous ne vendez ces embouchures qu'en ligne où y a t'il une boutique réelle dans une ville où je peux me déplacer et acheter ? (je dois vous sembler vieille école, mais j'aime bien me déplacer dans les magasins et tester sur place avant d'acheter afin de voir si l'embouchure me convient bien, par ailleurs je n'ai aucune confiance dans les paiements en ligne même sécurisés)...

Amazing playing and sound!!! What mouthpiece do you use on piccolo? Is it much different than your big trumpets? Size depth etc. (I know of course that it is not the mouthpiece responsible for your incredible playing…. Just curiosity…)!!!!!

Great! I'm very impressed at how quickly you are able to reset when removing the mouthpiece (I think you did it like 5 or 6 times); have you always been able to reset that quickly or did you have to develop that? Very useful skill for these kind of excerpts and wish I was better at it!
