how can I change the color of just the dots on the dice. when i try changing selected dots the whole dice changes color
@PolygonArcade2 ай бұрын
First you must create a base colour and assign the base colour to the entire object and then with the dots selected, you can pressed “P” to separate by materials and then with the dots selected create a new secondary colour and press assign and it should work, if not let me know

My circles are all rooked like yours did... what can I do
@PolygonArcade2 ай бұрын
I pressed “S” to size down the circles, after inserting, if that’s what you mean, is that what you mean when you say Rooked?

Just don't make same mistake like he did with NOT APPLYING THE SCALE. When u scale an object in OBJECT MODE u need to APPLY that scale, otherwise it will trow an unwanted behaviour when using bevel and some other things. Keep learning. Have a nice day!

Yes I’ll try my best to remember to turn that feature in my blender work space. It’s usually resets after closing and opening the app. Do you have any solutions to this problem? I’m using Shortcut VUr?

how long did it take to do this? I'm just curious
@PolygonArcade2 жыл бұрын
Good question, modelling this took me about between 6 - 7 hours, adding the material was like 3-4 hours. Two days in total, one day to model everything and next day I added materials. But don’t let that demotivate you, I still consider my self a beginner and I was enjoying the process so I wasn’t worried about time. If I did it again, I could do it a lot faster 👌🏾 I how that helps
